Hydrogen will burn with oxygen and HHO contains both so therefore it doesnt need outside air to burn. Why doesnt flame flash back into torch outlet and down tube and into the HHO generating electrolysis cell and blow or burn the whole thing up.

You really need to got a workshop before you burn your house down! Too many flammable materials around you.
